1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ph946 ("ph946," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the ph946 online gaming platform available at ph946.app and all associated services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Platform").

Each individual is permitted to register only one (1) account on the ph946 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

3. Account Management

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your ph946 account. You must take all reasonable steps to ensure that your login credentials, including your username and password, remain confidential and are not disclosed to any third party. ph946 will never request your password through any communication channel, including email, live chat, or telephone.

You must notify ph946 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. ph946 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

ph946 reserves the right to require identity verification ("KYC") at any time, including but not limited to:

• Upon registration or first deposit;
• Prior to processing any withdrawal request;
• When unusual or suspicious account activity is detected;
• As required by applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

ph946 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other approved payment channels as updated from time to time. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits are generally credited to your ph946 account instantly for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to one (1) business day to process.

• ph946 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request if it is determined that the funds are subject to an active bonus wagering requirement or if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.

All funds deposited into your ph946 account are held in a segregated account and are not used for operational purposes. ph946 maintains adequate liquidity to meet all player withdrawal obligations at all times.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

ph946 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms and conditions applicable to each individual promotion:

8. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of ph946.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph946 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

ph946's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph946 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph946 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. ph946 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform or the information, content, or materials included therein.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

ph946 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ph946 complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and takes all reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

11. Responsible Gaming
